There are always two places I absolutely have to stop when in the Bird House of our St. Louis Zoo. That's the toucans because they love to play, and then this little burrowing owl. He's awesome because he knows he's tough... and a little under a foot tall. He always likes to get closer to the divider and watch me as I shoot photos of him. This one obviously incorporates his environment with him in the middle as always, eyes locked on me to make sure I was keeping in line.
