Another unexpected surprise when we were at the Missouri Botanical Gardens the other day was this Aloe that was in the middle of a bloom. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love how close to I can focus with my UWA lens wide open to really give some size and interesting focusing to the photo. It was cool to catch these in the middle of their bloom. Not enough to be open, but just enough to have all the color in the buds.
